System Administration - User Security

The User Security facility allows you to define users and limits their access to specific menus, as well as limiting them to either update or read-only (inquiry) access.

Making a user a limited access user restricts them to only the Patient, Appointments and Billing/Accounting menu choices on the main menu, and allows them to view only those patients that you specifically assign to them (for privacy and HIPAA compliance reasons)
