Support 1Practice Resource users are welcome to call (516) 883-3282 for product support from Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET.

All Practice Resource users are entitled to one full year of unlimited telephone and/or online support and product updates starting with the initial product delivery date.

After the initial one year period, users may elect to remain eligible for support and updates by paying an annual maintenance fee. That fee will be billed approximately 60 days prior to the end of the maintenance year.

We strongly urge all customers to remain current in their maintenance plans since government and insurance company forms and procedures are constantly changing and we add new system features on a continuous basis.

Users who allow their maintenance contracts to lapse will be required to pay all unpaid maintenance invoices before they may resume their support and update privileges.

Tech 2 Go has entered into a long term agreement with Citrix Online to employ their GoToAssist facility to provide online support to our users. The user always initiates the GoToAssist session, assuring that no outsider can penetrate their computer system without their knowledge and physical presence.

Once we are connected to your system through a high speed Internet connection using GoToAssist, we can remotely control your computer and we can view your Windows desktop together with you. We analyze problems, provide training, download copies of your databases and electronic claim files to our network server, and upload program updates from our server to your computer using GoToAssist.

At Tech 2 Go, we take customer support very seriously and we will do whatever we must to assure that each and every user is and remains a satisified customer.

TRAINING

The Practice Resource is sold as a self-trained system. We are not obligated to provide user training as part of the software sale. We provide a very extensive training guide and an online help facility that is installed on every user workstation as a part of the installation procedure.

However, we are totally aware that the successful use of our system depends upon proper training of all users, and so does our own success since we depend so heavily upon user referrals and recommendations for our sales.

For that reason, we routinely make time available to all of our users to provide training on individual product features when requested by a user. If you call our support staff and request a training session, we will be happy to schedule training time in one-hour blocks. We ask only that you understand that support of trouble calls takes precedence over training sessions. We routinely use online training for these sessions and find that customers respond very well to them.

There are times when customers request on-site classroom-style training for their staff. We are happy to provide that training subject to a prepaid time plus expenses consulting agreement. DATA CONVERSION

New customers frequently purchase The Practice Resource after using other practice management systems. They often have a significant amount of historical patient demographic, therapy and accounting data in their existing system databases. If the existing system permits export of that data to a flat ASCII file it is possible that we may be able to convert the data into a format that is suitable for import into The Practice Resource database. We are happy to perform that conversion subject to a prepaid time plus expenses consulting agreement.
