The Reports/Exports menu provides a set of useful reports and extracts (which allow you to export data to Excel or other analysis tools). You can also export patient data to use for mail merges in MS Word to produces labels, birthday cards, and letters.

The Management menu produces a very useful set of management productivity analysis reports by Patient, by Therapist, by Referral Sources, by Insurance Company, by Diagnosis, by Activity, By Service Location (for multi-office practices), and by Discipline (for multi-discipline practices)
