The Addl Info tab allows you to define up to 10 dropdowns and 10 text boxes for capturing patient information that the Practice Resource was not designed to capture.

You define the captions and the dropdown choices for each of those user-defined fields.

Most of the therapists we meet have expressed a strong desire to maintain a paperless practice, or as close to paperless as they can possibly become.

In support of that goal, we created the Library tab.

This tab allows you to store a reference to any file located anywhere on your computer or network that relates to this patient, and to open and print that file from the Library tab.
