You click “Search” and instantly the following screen is displayed, showing you the chart and the note:

The Activity tab stores all of the patient’s therapy activity history. This is where you bill patients for their therapy sessions:

The top grid contains all of the patient’s prior therapy sessions since you first began to treat the patient.

For repeat patients, billing for today’s therapy session is a simple as clicking on the prior session, clicking the “Repeat Previous” button and clicking “Save”. Three mouse clicks and the patient is billed for today.

You then click on the “Bill Today” button and an invoice for today’s therapy charges is displayed and can be printed and handed to the patient. Or you can click “HCFA” and create an insurance claim for the charges if you need to give the patient a HCFA claim form.
