The Responsible Party tab is used to specify the name and address of the individual who is responsible for paying the patient’s invoices.

Many of our customers also use this tab to store information about other people to be contacted regarding the patient in case of emergency. You may enter an unlimited number of responsible party records for each patient. Only the first one is considered to be the person to whom a bill or statement is to be addressed.

When a child has divorced parents, you would use one line for each parent, storing the parent who is to receive the bill in the lowest numbered position.

The Insurance tab is used to store information about one or more insurance policies that cover this patient’s therapy.
