You will notice that the patient chart display is a tabbed display. The leftmost tab (Patient Info) contains the patient demographics (name, address, phone numbers, date of birth, etc.). You just click on the appropriate tab to switch to other information for the patient.

The Business/Employers tab allows you to store information about one or more places of employment for the patient.
